TwinMiles is operated by Strategzilla Ltd, trading as TwinMiles ("we", "us"). This US notice explains how we handle personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state laws.

The short version

  • No account is needed to use TwinMiles.
  • Your progress, language and premium status are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking that identifies you personally.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.

Categories of information

On-device data: practice progress, flagged questions, language preference and premium status, stored in your browser. Payment data: handled by Stripe; we receive only confirmation of a successful payment. Contact data: if you email us, your email and message. Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that reports anonymous, aggregate visit counts - it does not identify you personally. We do not collect identifiers, location, or browsing activity for advertising.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of this there is nothing to opt out of, but if this ever changes we will provide a clear opt-out and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Your California (and other US state) rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Most data stays on your device and you can clear it yourself any time. For anything we hold, email us and we will respond as required by law.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. TwinMiles is intended for users preparing for a driving knowledge test (typically teens and adults).

We review this notice at least every 12 months. The latest version is always on this page.
