These terms apply to your use of TwinMiles ("the service"), operated by Strategzilla Ltd, trading as TwinMiles ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service is
TwinMiles provides practice questions, mock tests and study tools to help you prepare for a state DMV driving knowledge test. Practice content is free; some features require a Premium purchase.
Not an official product
TwinMiles is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV, the federal government, or any official body. Our questions are original material written from publicly available state driver handbooks; they are not official exam questions. State rules vary and change, so always confirm details with your state's official DMV handbook.
Premium and payments
Premium unlocks features such as full mock tests and hazard practice, as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; you also agree to Stripe's terms.
One-time purchase: because it gives immediate access to digital content, it is non-refundable once access has begun. If the service is faulty or not as described, contact eshaan@strategzilla.com and we will respond fairly and as required by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing here removes rights you have that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, copy or redistribute our content, or use it unlawfully.
Governing law
The service is operated from the United Kingdom by Strategzilla Ltd. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections of your home state.
